An Important Question...

For parents who STILL don't have a solution for their kids struggling with math homework, confusing math textbooks, and math test anxiety.

_____

Every year, students are moving from Middle School to High School with the hopes of getting into the University of their choice.  AND THE BIG QUESTION IS...

Will they have the math marks they need to be accepted?

Whether you have spent hours trying to get your child up to speed or enroll them in after school programs, their success rests heavily on the answer to this question.

If you know without a doubt that your child is not getting the support they need to be ready for high school math or your efforts for finding a solution are draining your energy, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and wondering what to do next...then keep reading because what follows could easily be the most crucial moment you look back on a few weeks from now when your child brings home an 'A' in her math test and wants to frame it and hang it in the living room.

If there was a painless, structural system for getting math homework completed in less time, no more frustration with what is going on in math class, and getting honors math marks...

* Would you finally feel confident enough to make your child's math success your top priority? *

Finding the right help for your middle school child can be tough...it is a task begun with the best intentions.

But it's also a task that can make you feel like a failure. I can still remember the first time I had to confront it.

I had just completed a master's degree in distance education and I was starting an online math tutoring company. Despite making a lot of progress in that department, I was struggling with helping my own son to find math success.

I'm thankful for my wife who finally opened my eyes when she asked me why our son was failing math when he had no problem with other subjects.

It was like a wake-up call for my failure.

I'm grateful because that single question caused me to take action and help my son dramatically improve his overall experience of himself in relation to the math content, to his teacher in math class and to his ability to achieve great marks on tests.

And there are ACTIONS you can take to know with certainty and confidence, that the key to your child's present and future Math success is finally within your grasp.

But before you can confidently move forward with these actions, you must first get intimate with the some of the reasons you're stuck getting help for your kid.

5 Reasons You're Stuck With Getting Help

(And how to snap out of it right now)

  • Reason #1: You're overwhelmed with all that has to be done to create Math success.

Let me guess, you started this whole campaign of helping your kid with a cart full of smiles and a full charge of motivation but now the cart is empty, and the charge down to a slight pulse...and you're right back to where you started. Even further behind. You got lost in "all there was to do" all at once. ..... How do you help with homework? ..... How do you get your kid prepared for math class? ..... How do you get them ready for the test? So many things and they're all important. But it starts with clear content. When your child knows what they're supposed to do; then they will do it. What you need: confidence to get super clear on what the math textbook is requiring to ensure your child's math success; what is the reading strategy that gives them clear direction and keeps them motivated to learn.

  • Reason #2: You don't believe your kid has math ability.

Basically, you've decided, your kid is just like you. You couldn't do math, so why should it surprise you they can't either. It's not that you haven't tried. You have. Tutors, math programs, friends, anybody who could give you your child to help they need it. Nothing worked. So you spun around in the circles of non solutions and all you're getting is dizzy. What you need: To see your child from their strengths and their natural learning abilities (and to see these in a dedicated math system) to discover the math ability that is hidden in them.

  • Reason#3: Sometimes you feel the pressure and sometimes you don't.

I get it. You're move with the mood - yours and your kid's. If they need help, you're there. If they don't say anything, you "leave sleeping dogs lie". You sit down for three hours on Monday night to help with math homework, but... you forgot to ask when the test is going to be and it slips past you. Unfortunately, this strategy does not work to produce excellent math grades. What you need: A consistent math learning system that aligns with your child's current Mah program and makes them feel "on top of the game" every single day.

  • Reason #4: Being afraid or reluctant of paying for education.

I got this, too. I mean education is supposed to be free. But secretly, you know there is something out there if you're willing to find it. The thing is... You're not reluctant to smartly invest in a math program that will help your kid. You may be afraid of making the wrong choice and having to explain to your partner why you just flushed a stack of hard-earned bills down the toilet. What you need: You need to know how to get the most out of your money to give your child clear nath content that builds their confidence, gives them access to their strengths and natural abilities, and develops them into active, independent learners focused on constant math success.

  • Reason #5: You're stuck in the "everything is fine" syndrome.

I still remember a particular camping trip I took my family on. A huge, almost tornado-like wind storm almost blew us into the lake. My wife and I were literally holding back the dome tent from blowing away while our two kids were sleeping through it all. Some friends came rushing to our aid, and hollered through the crashing wind, "Do you need any help?" And I answered in my calmest voice, "No, everything is fine!" It takes courage to admit everything is NOT FINE. What you need to know: Your job isn't to do EVERYTHING. It is simply to find a best solution to help make your child successful in math.

The Good News is...Making Your Kid Math Smart is Easier Than You Think

I've invested the last 15 years working in the trenches with Middle School Math students and their parents.

I've worked with:

Kids who have struggled to achieve math success no matter how many hours they spend on homework, how much time they put it in studying for tests, or how long they spend with a tutor.

Parents who are tired of wasting precious time, energy, and money, getting overwhelmed with outdated methods that are still way over-used.

Kids who despite taking course after course have failed to gain traction on what they KNOW is an important credential for their future.

The Result is of all this is...

An easy-to-follow, 3 Dimensional Learning Program that gives you a crystal clear, "can't fail" roadmap for math success based on increasing math clarity and confidence, and math marks.

3D Learning Tool #1

Finding Clarity through the Focused Reading Tool

This is where students create a bulletproof foundation for interpreting the Math textbook.

Remember, the main reason students get overwhelmed with math content is because it is confusing and they don't know 'what to do' or 'how to do it'. By the time your kid has finished going through the content with the Focused Reading Tool, they will have implemented a powerful structure that guarantees visible and consistent results. Here's how it happens:

How to Identify the Structure of Mathematics:

I'll show them how to see the wholes and parts of mathematics in a way that makes sense to the way they learn naturally.

Connecting the Reading Tool materials to the Math Textbook:

Once they have grasped the Essential Elements of their math course, I will show them how to align new information with their assigned textbook.

Retaining Math Information longer:

They'll get a method for remembering what they learn.

Growing Beyond this Program:

They'll get a Learning System that can be implemented over and over again for math success beyond the current year.

3D Learning Tool #2:

Accessing Abilities: The Natural Learning Tool

Now that you've set down the foundation for Math structure and are realizing the confidence and consistency that clear content creates...

Here's where you'll add some major intensity to the Focused Reading Methodology - while leveraging the science of how your brain engages in the learning process. Here's how we'll do it.

The Preparation Factor

One of the questions I get asked the most is "how do you get kids to participate in the learning of math?" In this lesson you will learn my go-to strategies we're getting students involved in motivated to achieve at their maximum potential.

The Processing Component

This is a key driver in helping kids use their brains to accelerate learning. This training stems from work I did with my son (Brian David who was the guest speaker at Toastmasters at three and a half, but struggled with Math until I developed those skills which accelerated his math learning to new heights).

The Synthesis Component

This shows kids how to put information together in a way that makes it easy to remember and connect to the other parts

3D Learning Tool #3

Retaining Information: The Test Writing Tool

The Test Writing Tool shows students how to hold on to the math concepts, skills, problem solving strategies, etc. that they are learning. Getting to the test is the ultimate goal. I'll show your kid how to Ace the test by using the natural learning abilities they have for finding success in everything else they do well.
